I recently stayed at the Dream Hotel, located near the Asoke BTS station in Bangkok, Thailand. If you’re familiar with the Bangkok, you’ll know that this is one of the most central centrally located areas, which makes it a perfect jump-off point to explore this bustling metropolis!

The Dream Hotel lobby has a very “unique” and very Thai design, complete with miniature temples. We learned that our room was actually located in the second building, across the street. The hotel is made up of two buildings, so you might find yourself crossing the street during your stay.
I was happy to secure a room on the ninth floor of the Dream Hotel, which was quite spacious. The room featured a very bold blue light accent, sizable sofa, comfortable bed and decent view.
The bathroom was equipped with a shower stall and all of the required necessities. I especially enjoyed the bathrobes and the ultra-comfortable squishy slippers found in the closet.
On the 10th floor you’ll find the Dream Hotel’s gym. The gym is on the smaller side, but rarely had other guests, so I mostly had it all to myself.
Above the gym, on the 11th floor is the Dream Hotel’s rooftop pool. There is a poolside bar and lots of comfortable lounge chairs to relax and work on your much needed tan. The bar offers a fairly long, 5 or so hour, happy hour in the evening with tasty cocktails and more. Relaxing next to the pool is hard to beat!
The Dream Hotel Bangkok is located near the BTS station which is easily walk-able, but guests can also take advantage of the free shuttle. The Dream Hotel’s shuttle runs most of the day, and can streamline the process of your exploration.
The feature of the Dream Hotel that I was most impressed by, was the food. During the stay I was able to eat several meals at their Flava Restaurant. You can read more about the lunch and dinner options in this article. As for the breakfast, it was very extensive and exceeded my expectations with high quality items! I was very excited to see all of local Thai options in addition to Western food. There is so much to choose from and everything was delicious. The kitchen has done a great job at preparing items for everyone including those with dietary restrictions. Also the quality of the coffee was top notch.
The Dream Hotel Bangkok, Thailand provided a comfortable stay in the center of the city. The stay, including the facilities were fairly straightforward and enjoyable, but the food and beverage is really where this property shines, and makes a good enough reason to visit. Enjoy your time at the Dream Hotel!
