During my stay at the Mgallery Des Arts hotel, I had the pleasure of having a dinner at their Social Club restaurant. You can read all about the hotel in a separate article. Walking into the Social Club restaurant, I immediately fell in love with the lighting. The decor is simultaneously comfortable and classy. Luckily I got to meet the French chef who put together a special tasting menu for my visit.
The meal started out with several dishes and got better as the night progressed. I must say that my favorite part of the meal would have to be the steak. This piece of wagyu literally melted in my mouth. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Lovely.
I was really sad when I finished all my steak but then it was time for dessert! For dessert was a piece of chocolate cake with popcorn on the top. It was so super rich and creamy.
My evening at the Social Club restaurant in Saigon went off without a hitch. I was really excited that the food got better as the night progressed each dish improving on the one before it. Above the restaurant they also have a lovely rooftop bar which I’ve been told is the best in Ho Chi Minh! It is popular among visitors and locals alike. If you’re looking for a lovely evening with a classy atmosphere, then I would recommend you to check out the Social Club inside of the Mgallery Des Arts hotel in Saigon!
