For those of you that know me well, you’ll know that I got my first real taste of international travel when I studied in Bangkok, Thailand back in 2009. I had a real eye-opening experience and grew a lot from simply stepping out of my comfort zone. The process of living abroad and alone erased my shyness and gave me confidence to continue living abroad and to tackle countless challenges in life.
Once I graduated from Michigan State University, I decided to move back to Asia. I continued living in Thailand for a total of 3 years and even became proficient in Thai language. Thailand will always have a special place in my heart.
This year, I was able to return for a month to catch up with my friends and explore new places. This video is a bit abbreviated but will give you an idea of how I spent my time there this time around. Thailand is an absolutely magical place that all need to see. Enjoy and happy travels!
