On my first trip to Miami, I stayed at the Atton Brickell hotel. As the name suggests, it’s located in the financial district known as Brickell. The hotel is also located just next to Simpson Park which contributes to the great view. It’s a business-oriented hotel which hosts lots of corporate travelers. Along with great guestrooms the hotel features large meeting spaces and a beautiful rooftop pool and bar.

After arriving from the airport, I checked in and headed up to the 10th floor to see my room. The hotel was recently opened so everything feels quite new. The room is cohesive in its design and quite contemporary. The blues and grays go well with the wooden accent pieces. Cheers for the wine Atton!
I especially enjoyed the desk and accompanying lamp. In several areas of the room, there were USB charging ports which made it very convenient to stay juiced up.
The bathroom also had a very modern feel. The shower was very spacious and the bathroom was very well lit. The ladies will definitely appreciate it.
Just as with the rest of the rooms, the view from my room was quite good. It really makes you realize how much of a bustling metropolis Miami truly is!
The rooftop of the hotel has lots to offer. They have their large meeting rooms, a rooftop pool and bar and of course a gym. The fitness area is well sized with plenty of options. The pool is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. Even though there were people using the gym when I was there, it never felt cramped. Very spacious.
The hotel has a Peruvian restaurant on the ground floor known as Lima which offers all meals throughout the day. I had lunch there and I must say that the food was outstanding. I went with all of the Peruvian dishes that I could fit in my stomach. When it was all said and done, I have to admit that the ceviche was the best I’ve ever had! I’ve been dreaming of it ever since I left. You must try the food!
The buffet breakfast was sufficient, but I would recommend ordering something off of the à la cart menu for some more exciting options. The staff were always polite and very attentive.
Overall, the Atton Brickell hotel is a solid choice for accommodation while in Miami. The Brickell area is gorgeous and very convenient for whatever you’re seeking. My favorite part of the hotel has to be the great design of the guestrooms and don’t forget to try the Peruvian food in there restaurant! You shouldn’t think twice about staying at this great hotel.
