Fine Italian Food in Prague (CottoCrudo Restaurant Review)

While in Prague I found lots of amazing food. We all know that this makes Pierre incredibly happy. Even though I didn’t visit Italy during this 10 country tour, I did eat lots of Italian food. My favorite Italian food of the entire trip was at CottoCrudo in Prague at the Four Seasons Hotel.

The restaurant is overlooking the Vitava river in Prague. It was a perfect day and the atmosphere in the restaurant was fabulous! We started the experience with some fantastic wine and beef tartare. At this point, all of you surely know how big of a fan Pierre is of beef tartare!

After the magnificent appetizers were the entrées of lamb and an order of lobster pasta! I can confidently say that the food tastes just as good as the photos, if not better (if that’s possible.) I don’t care what time of day it is, it’s really hard to go wrong with wine and lobster pasta.

The service throughout our dining experience was very well done. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions. The whole meal turned out to be flawless.

To finish off the lunch of course we had to try some of their fantastic desserts, cheese and espresso. I went on a huge coffee binge during my travels. It’s hard to stop when you’re always being offered magnificent espresso. It’s important to note that at the CottoCrudo coffee is taken very seriously! They have coffee selections from Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia. This all depends on what your personal preference is and I must say I enjoyed them thoroughly.

When it’s all said and done I truly enjoyed a magnificent lunch at the CottoCrudo restaurant inside of the Four Seasons hotel. The service, ambiance and taste were exceptional. I recommend that you visit the next time you’re in Prague!
