Another property in Bangkok that has been on my to-visit list for some time is the Le Méridien Bangkok. I’ve visited a few Le Méridien properties around the world including in Dubai and Ho Chi Minh, which left me with a very good impression of the brand.

When I entered the property, I immediately felt the similarities of the lobby design to Le Méridien Ho Chi Minh. Both, modern designs, with clean, straight lines. Overall, an appealing interior and introduction to the Bangkok property.
For the duration of my stay, I secured a Circular Room on the 22nd floor which offered superb views of Bangkok. The room was a mid-sized room and definitely had enough space to feel comfortable. The bed was in a unique circle shape and was incredibly soft. The Circular Room was equipped with modern technology and a clean and fluid design. The room had a sofa along the window, tea/coffee station with kettle, and Thai artwork. The room had no coffee machine.
The bathroom was very lovely with its shower stall, toilet stall, and large bath.
Thanks for the lovely treats Le Méridien Bangkok! Both were tasty 🙂
Le Méridien Bangkok has a beautiful gym, pool and spa on the 6th floor. The rooftop pool has very stunning views of the city as well. Lots of lounge areas to relax. Do note that during parts of the day, the sun may not hit all of the pool area.
The gym offered a satisfactory amount of equipment. In the locker room there were showers, but no steam room or sauna.
During my stay I was able to receive a Hot Stone Massage at Spa by Le Méridien. The spa has a gorgeous design. Very relaxing and actually, everything was perfect. The experienced therapist had magical hands and provided one of the best massages I’ve had in Bangkok! Highly recommended.
My stay at Le Méridien Bangkok did include Executive Benefits which included an afternoon tea arrangement in the lobby, as well as evening drinks and snacks from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The cocktail list was long and drinks were very good! I’d highly recommend the Old Fashioned. Seriously!
The breakfast was on the 2nd floor and was probably the most impressive part of the property. There was an incredible amount of food present with many cuisines to choose from. Everything tasted great and the service was very satisfactory as well. Well done Le Méridien Bangkok!
Le Méridien Hotel in Bangkok is a beautiful property. The location is very convenient, about 450 meters from BTS Sala Daeng. Everything you could possibly want is within walking distance. Overall, the service was great. I liked most of the design, especially in the public areas. Not the biggest fan of the circular bed shape, but to each his own. All in all, I would definitely return to or recommend Le Méridien Bangkok!
