I must admit that I was quite excited to set foot in another Four Seasons property. My last Four Seasons stay was in Seoul, South Korea, and it was exceptional. This time around it was back to Canada and my second visit to Toronto. I’m a huge Toronto advocate ever since my first visit here last year. It’s such a quaint city and the people are so warm, I’m excited to be back!

My first impressions of Four Seasons Toronto were very positive. The building has a very fresh feeling, modern and beautiful. The hotel is located in Yorkville, one of Toronto’s most luxurious areas. I appreciated the stylish minimal design of the lobby and the way I was greeted by all staff members. We were off to a good start!
After a smooth and friendly check in, it was up to the 18th floor to set eyes on my Yorkville Premier Room. The room was spacious at a comfortable 48 square meters or 525 square feet. I fell in love easily with the luxurious style and amenities. The city view was also beautiful at all times of day and night!
The Four Seasons mattress and bedding were pleasant. The fact that the bed barely moved when my partner did helped with my sleep. The bed was complimented with a chic headboard that had beautiful patterns.
The bathroom was equally as gorgeous as the rest of the room and featured 2 sinks, a bathtub, shower stall and toilet stall. Beautiful.
Features that I took note of in this Yorkville Premier Room were the the USB ports next to the bed, bedside tablet, tea selection, and an exceptional turn-down service. The housekeeping staff did a great job tidying up and even left a few gifts including lens cleaner, mouth wash, mat below our toiletries and a wrap to keep all of my cords in order. Thanks Four Seasons Toronto!
During our stay we enjoyed both breakfast in the room and at Cafe Boulud. For the room service we went for the Eggs Royale and the Duck Hash. Both were extremely tasty. To accompany this great food we tried their smoothie selections. The room was a great place to enjoy a lovely breakfast with its amazing view of Toronto.
The second breakfast was enjoyed in Cafe Boulud. There you can find a 100% a la carte breakfast. Lots to choose from, great service and an atmosphere that works well both day and night. During our stay we made it a point to have a dinner there as well. From start to finish it was a memorable experience which you can read about in a separate article here.
On the ninth floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto you’ll find the spa and pool. The indoor pool is truly exceptional in its design and reminded me how beautiful the one at Four Seasons Seoul was. Next to the main pool you’ll find a hot tub and a shallow pool for children.
Connected to the Four Seasons Spa are the relaxation and changing rooms. These rooms are some of the best I’ve been to recently and had a greater offering than much of the competition. These changing rooms were equipped with snacks, tons of self-care products, steam rooms, modern lockers, showers and lots of seating to relax. It was probably my favorite part of the property! If I was living in Toronto, I would definitely be looking into membership. Wink wink.
Just a floor below the pool and spa on the eighth floor, you’ll find the fitness center. I made great use of this gym throughout my stay with its large amount of equipment. Not only did it have dozens of cardio machines, there were also plenty of weight machines and free weights as well. If weightlifting and cardio aren’t for you, then perhaps you should give yoga a try in their beautiful and relaxing yoga room.
Another Four Seasons Hotel visit, and another fantastic experience. I might be slightly biased because I’m already in love with Toronto, but when push came to shove, The Four Seasons Toronto did an absolutely fantastic job in all aspects of their offering. The food and drink throughout the property were incredible, the gym and relaxation areas were extensive, all of the employees were very friendly, the design was exactly how I like it and the location was super convenient. Four Seasons Toronto is definitely a strong contender for luxury hotels worldwide and possibly Toronto’s top luxury hotel. A must visit!
